Galina I. Gazaleeva — Deputy General Director for Science



She was born in March 5, 1954 in a city of Sverdlovsk. In 1977 she graduated from the Sverdlovsk Mining institute with a specialization in “Minerals dressing”. Professional experience in mining–metallurgical field – 38 years, scientific activity experience – 38 years.

In 1988 she was conferred a Candidate’s degree of Engineering Science, subject of dissertation “Flowsheet development for magnetic bearing asbestos ores” (Leningrad mining institute).

In 2009 she was conferred a Doctor’s degree of Engineering Science, subject of dissertation “Scientific justification and flowsheet development for asbestos ores to obtain finished products of a high quality” (URAS Institute of Comprehensive Exploitation of Mineral Resources of RAS, Moscow).

G.I. Gazaleeva is the author of 97 scientific papers, 4 patents and 2 monographs on issues of mineral and technogenic raw materials processing. She is a certified QMS expert (2003). She has experience in teaching of principles of dressing technologies for ores and barren minerals, organization of production, introduction of QMS at existing industrial enterprises.
